A.O. Taekwondo held its first competition on Sunday 11th June and it was a huge success!
Intra Club Comp!
Having our own Taekwondo intra-club competition was created to provide a positive and enjoyable experience for all our members. Encourage good sportsmanship, fair play, and a supportive atmosphere that reflects the values of Taekwondo.
It’s also a great way for our students to improve their skills, and provide a platform for your members to showcase their abilities, especially as its a local competition and many others are much further away.
This is what one our competitors and officials said: “Amazing day today. Lots of medals won and everyone did so well. For the organisers, for the first comp, I have to take my hat off, everything ran smoothly. Some lessons to be learned but far better organised than some other comps I’ve been to. And massive thanks to the parent helpers too. Great job on the top tables. Looking forward to the next one.”

Patterns – categorised into Junior grades, senior and black belts
Sparring – categorised into Junior grades, senior and black belts
Team Patterns
Destruction for 18+ senior grade adults
Belt sparring for the Junior Grades
We have booked another date in already for this year!! 18th November and are hoping even more of our students will take part.
