ITC UK OPEN COMPETITION

My students travelled to Birmingham for the ITC UK open competition on Sunday 10th July. For some this was their first competition and I am super proud of them all for giving their best effort and getting good scores all round. It was a really well run competition hosted by Master John McNally from the International Taekwon-Do Council. There were pattern competitions, destruction, sparring and team patterns.
