A.O. TAEKWONDO SMASHING AT THE DEMOS – ROMSEY

It’s been a whirlwind of demo displays for A.O. Taekwondo Romsey. Starting off at the local village fairs, and school summer fetes and ending on a high at the Majors Picnic.

My students showed lots of dedication by turning up for extra training sessions and giving up their time to support our club. That’s what makes A.O. Taekwondo such a great club. Of course, a great Instructor makes for an excellent club but it’s also the students who come through the door week in and week out training hard and supporting each other on their journey.

My students demonstrated their patterns and some practical applications through set sparring and line work, which is all part of our syllabus training.

The black belts showed some crowd-pleasing takedowns – wowing their audience with their moves. Then both kids and adults had a chance to break boards using foot and hand techniques.
